These Terms govern access to and use of the Grovandi platform. By using it you accept the conditions described here, drafted in accordance with the Argentine regulatory framework in force in 2026.
1. Scope
Grovandi offers a technological infrastructure that connects natural and legal persons interested in financing real estate projects through collateralised loan agreements. Grovandi is not a financial entity regulated by the BCRA and does not carry out public offerings of securities.
2. Registration and verification
To operate, each user must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process with biometric identity verification and declaration of source of funds. Grovandi may reject or suspend registrations that do not comply with current UIF regulations.
3. Operations and contributions
Each project describes its particular conditions: target amount, term, target rate, collateral and repayment scheme. Contributions are credited to escrow accounts held by authorized banking entities and released to the developer based on milestones verified by an external auditor.
4. Risk warning
Investing in real estate projects is risky. Target returns are estimates that can be affected by macroeconomic variables, construction delays or developer default. Users declare they understand and accept such risks.
5. Fees
Grovandi may charge a success fee on generated returns and structuring fees to developers. All applicable costs are disclosed explicitly before confirming the operation.
6. Intellectual property
Contents, trademarks and software of the platform are owned by Grovandi S.A.S. or its licensors. Total or partial reproduction is forbidden without prior written authorization.
7. Limitation of liability
Grovandi acts as a technological facilitator. It does not guarantee returns or the successful execution of projects. Its liability is limited to maintaining the matching, custody and reporting infrastructure under reasonable availability conditions.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the City of Neuquén, with express waiver of any other forum or jurisdiction.
