2. Data we collect
We only collect data strictly necessary to operate the platform: identification (name, national ID, tax ID when applicable), contact (email, phone), self-declared economic data, and browsing data (IP, device, consent cookies). We apply the data minimization principle set forth in the 2025 update of Law 25,326.
3. Processing purposes
We use your data to verify your identity, comply with anti-money-laundering rules (UIF), enable your investor account, process contributions, distribute returns and communicate project news. We do not use your data for automated decisions with significant legal effects without human intervention.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on contractual execution, legal obligations applicable to the financial and crowdlending sector, your explicit consent for commercial communications and our legitimate interest in fraud prevention.
5. Data sharing
We share information only with external auditors, notaries, custodian banks, digital identity providers and competent authorities upon justified request. Every third party is bound by a data processing agreement.

7. Retention
We retain your data while the contractual relationship exists and afterwards for the legal periods applicable to the financial sector (minimum 10 years for operational documentation).
